Policies
Shipping:
Costs are calculated based on weight and destination. Shipping charges include insurance coverage. The most typical shipments are sent via USPS, although UPS or FedEx may also be used if necessary. If your address does not accept deliveries from a specific service, please contact us prior to placing your order.
International Shipping:
All international shipment inquiries must be initiated via message to us directly, through the “Contact” page. Please provide a description of the piece(s) desired, in addition to the buyers’ full name, address and email address. International shipping is available to most countries, duty and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages/Pieces:
Should any of your pieces or packages arrive damaged or broken, please contact us immediately. In order to initiate the claim process detailed photos of the outer box, inner packing material and damaged item will be required in order to provide compensation. Lost or stolen packages will also require a claim to be processed, please contact us immediately if you suspect this may be the case for your package.
Returns:
If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your item(s), you may request a refund within 1(one) week of receiving your order. After the 1(one) week after delivery time has elapsed, all refund requests will be denied. To request a refund please send us a message explaining your reason for wanting a refund. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs of the item(s). Once the item(s) have been received back in possession of JB Gems and Minerals LLC, AND the item(s) have been deemed in the same physical condition as when originally shipped, the refund will be processed to the buyer.
